Some milestones deserve more than a passing mention. Today, Wood Equipment Company is proud to recognize Rich Crawford on 40 years of service, dedication, and excellence that has shaped who we are as a company.

Rich joined the Wood Equipment team in May of 1986. In the decades since, he has become far more than a longtime employee. He is a trusted resource for our customers, a foundation for our team, and a living example of what it means to show up with expertise and integrity, year after year.
