Our Fabrication Shop Can Troubleshoot and Repair your Pump

Wood Equipment’s Fabrication Shop recently rebuilt a Q-Pumps Model QTS hygienic twin screw positive displacement pump for an aquaculture food industry customer. After disassembling and troubleshooting the pump, it was determined that it had been damaged by metallic debris passing through the wet end. The pump wetted parts were rebuilt/replaced as required, and the twin screws were re-timed for proper operation prior to returning to the customer.
